1. In the unlikely even that any course/session is not able to be carried out on our side due to unforeseen circumstances and replacement classes are not available, we will refund according to the number of hours of classes that are not conducted.
  2. In the even that any refund is approved due for other reasons, either because of cancellation, termination or unsatisfactory service or any other reason, the amount due will be transferred directly to the acccount of the student/s forthwith. The amount taken for the transfer to be completed will depend on the transfer procedure of the bank.
  3. The party which bears the bank transfer charges/commission will be decided on a case to case basis.
